Concept Demo: This tool demonstrates how training completion data from your LMS (Litmos, CTEtechWorks, etc.) can flow into placement readiness tracking. This is a proof-of-concept showing the integration potential — not a live connection.

How This Would Work in Production

1. LMS Data Pull

Scheduled sync pulls completion data from your LMS (course completions, hours, certifications).

2. Readiness Check

System checks if student meets placement criteria (required modules, certifications, hours).

3. Placement Flag

Students meeting criteria are automatically flagged as "Ready for Placement" for case managers.

4. Profile Generation

Ready students can have Graduate Readiness Profiles auto-generated from their LMS data.
